PAYMENT ACCEPTED

For your utmost security and protection, we proudly accept bank ACH eChecks only. We do not accept Paypal, credit cards or other forms of card or electronic payments.

At check out, you will be prompted to enter your bank routing number and account number to successfully complete your purchase. 

All transactions are secure and encrypted. Your payment information is not stored and cannot be re-used in any way upon completion of your order.

PAYMENT SECURITY

NEWFOUND LUXURY uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and protect the data you send us over the internet. If SSL is enabled, you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out more information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

You will also notice that when you look at the URL at the top of the browser you will see that it begins with ‘https’ instead of ‘http’. This means that you are in secure mode.

SHIPPING

NEWFOUND LUXURY ships domestic orders via FedEx to street addresses in the United States and international orders via DHL to most international countries. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Generally, all orders will be processed and shipped within one business day from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive an email notification including tracking information when your order has shipped.

DELIVERY INSURANCE

All packages are insured directly by FedEx or DHL during transit until delivered and an adult signature is required at the time of delivery.  Once delivered, responsibility for your order passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example, a gift order), the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

SALES TAX

Prices displayed are exclusive of taxes. NEWFOUND LUXURY is obligated by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to the states of Illinois and North Carolina. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the order confirmation page.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Generally, all orders are eligible for shipment outside the U.S. In some instances, jewelry, timepieces and goods that include fur and items that include reptile or other skins may not be lawfully imported into the destination country. Please ensure lawful importation to your destination country prior to purchase.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility. Payment is usually collected at the time of delivery.

At NEWFOUND LUXURY, our team of luxury curators have made every effort to accurately display and describe our luxury fashion, most of which is pre-owned or vintage and outlined as such.  In addition, all of our newfound luxuries are quality controlled and checked prior to shipment.  As a result, all NEWFOUND LUXURY purchases are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return or exchange.

Of course, we want you to love, love, love your purchase. If you are completely dissatisfied, we welcome the opportunity to make it right. Simply, contact us within three days of delivery and let's further discuss.
