Who is the founder and team behind NEWFOUND LUXURY?

NEWFOUND LUXURY was founded in 2015 by L. Kiyana Roberson in her studio, high-rise apartment in Washington, DC.  Today, Kiyana is the chief curator of NEWFOUND LUXURY and works alongside our small team of curators to source and sell some of the most extraordinary luxury goods to tastemakers (like you!), private clients and luxury brand partners worldwide.


Is NEWFOUND LUXURY a trusted online store for authentic luxury goods?

Yes. The cornerstone of our company is based on trust, relationships and integrity. NEWFOUND LUXURY is a well-established and trusted name with an unblemished track record for authenticity. Each piece we source and sell is hand-curated and thoroughly authenticated to ensure 100% authenticity or your money back.

How does NEWFOUND LUXURY authenticate its luxury pieces?

Lead by our chief curator, L. Kiyana Roberson, our in-house team of curators thoroughly inspect each piece we procure. Our proprietary, multi-tiered authentication process ensures that our pieces are evaluated before they are presented to our brand partners or made available to our online and private clients for sale. Every item you see here on our Website has been carefully curated, thoroughly inspected and is guaranteed authentic.


I would like to see a piece in-person. Do you have a physical store I can visit?

At this time, NEWFOUND LUXURY is online only.  Our curators are always happy to provide additional close-up photographs and video where we can for closer inspection of any piece prior to your purchase.

How quickly does my NEWFOUND LUXURY order ship?

Generally, our handling time is 1-2 business days after your order is placed.

What is NEWFOUND LUXURY’s shipping and handling time?

We offer Standard (3-4 business days), Expedited (2 business days) and Overnight shipping options at check out. Our service line agreement is to ship your order within 1-2 business days after your order is placed.

Does NEWFOUND LUXURY ship internationally?

Yes, we proudly ship to most international countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO/PO Box addresses.

How do I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we do not accept order cancellations. In the rare event your order has not shipped, we may be able to cancel it.  Please contact us as quickly as possible for order cancellation consideration.  


What if I am dissatisfied with my purchase?

At NEWFOUND LUXURY, we want you to absolutely love your purchase.  If you do not, please contact to further discuss. 

Does NEWFOUND LUXURY accept exchanges or refunds?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept exchanges or refunds.  All NEWFOUND LUXURY purchases are final sale.


I am looking for a current season new piece that is sold out in stores. Can NEWFOUND LUXURY help me find it?

Yes. At NEWFOUND LUXURY, we have a dedicated team of curators who source new in-season pieces by the most popular luxury designer brands.  Simply, submit a request and we will get to work right away to make your luxury dream come true.

I am looking for a vintage piece of a specific style and era. Can NEWFOUND LUXURY source it?

Yes.  Vintage luxury is our first love and sweet spot at NEWFOUND LUXURY. From 1990's Chanel to Old Celine, if it was made, we will do our very best to track it down for you.  Just ask Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner and Jennifer Hudson, to name a few.

Does NEWFOUND LUXURY buy pre-owned bags or offer consignment services?

No. We do not buyback pre-owned bags or offer consignment services.  We are, however, happy to recommend some of our trusted partner companies that do offer these services.
